Bobby Newman started his first investigative company over 40 years ago and is responsible for creating one of the largest Investigative firms in Houston, Texas. Bobby was with "Criminal Investigative Unit with the Houston Police Department". He is also a former DA Investigator for the 9th Judicial District of Texas. Bobby Newman has acquired clients such as Major League Baseball, The Recording Industry of America, over 100 Fortune 500 Companies, insurance companies, many of the largest law firms in the United States, and numerous smaller law firms, companies and individuals. Resulting from his experience, Mr. Newman has been sought after as a professional witness in security, premises liability, accident reconstruction, and others.
Rob Kimmons formed his first investigative and security company in 1982. He has been a Houston Fire Fighter as well as a former member of the Houston Police Department and private investigator since 1981. The Governor of Texas previously appointed Rob Kimmons to the State Polygraph Board. He later became the Chairman of that board. Rob has served on many other Boards and has chaired several. He currently holds a police commission as a Captain with the Harris County Constables Office, Precinct #4. Rob holds the certifications of Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Homeland Security Expert (CHS III). Rob is also a graduate of the Jarvis International Counterintelligence/Counter Surveillance Academy (basic and advanced schools). Rob Kimmons is very proud of being a Gold member with the Better Business Bureau and has never received a complaint.
Both Newman and Kimmons are currently licensed through the State of Texas and are insured in excess of required state limits.
